Marios Elia, being one of the founder members of the firm, has a degree from Aristotelion University of Thessaloniki Greece and received the Cyprus Bar in 1984. He practices law since then. His expertise is in employment law, family law and litigation matters in general. He was elected president of the Limassol Bar Association were he served that position until 2006. He was also one of the founder members of the Non Profit Organisation for Legal Studies “THEMIS”, were he also had a position on the Board. He is also President of the Board of a Banking Institution. He is head of the Litigation Department of the firm.
